Saeima Centenary logo

A special logo has been created to celebrate the centenary of the Saeima. It features a stylised lilac flower in the centre, surrounded by the layout of the Parliament in the shape of an amphitheatre. This logo was created in honour of the centenary of the Saeima. To celebrate this event, a new variety of lilac has also been bred in Latvia.

A new variety of lilac is being bred in Latvia to honour the centenary of the Saeima.

Hope, brightness, and resurgence though the years. The four petals represent the four seasons, the natural cycle. The four petals also represent four years, the term of each convocation of the Saeima.
