Visitor and Information Centre

In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Visitor and Information Centre is currently providing services remotely.

The Visitor and Information Centre enhances the parliamentary dialogue with society by informing it about the work of the Saeima and encourages involvement of individuals in the work of the Saeima.

The Centre has been operating since January 2009.

Guided tours 

In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, guided tours of the Saeima are temporarily suspended.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Anyone who is interested may visit the main building of the Saeima  in order to learn more about the everyday work of the parliament, to see the unique architecture of the main building of the Saeima  and to learn about its history. Tours of the main building of the Saeima take place on weekdays between 9:00 and 16:30. On Thursdays, beginning from 9:30 AM, participants of the guided tour are welcome to observe the plenary sitting.

In order to visit the main building of the Saeima, one should sign up at least one week in advance by calling +371 67087483, +37167087485 or by sending an e-mail at ekskursijas@saeima.lv.
