On Thursday, 27 October, Solvita Āboltiņa, Speaker of the Saeima, signed the book of condolence in the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Riga paying tribute to the memory of Bronislovas Lubys, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania.

In her condolence, Speaker Āboltiņa commemorates the contribution of Bronislovas Lubys in restoring the independence of the Baltic States and strengthening Baltic unity.
